Lockhart-Krause Architects was established on the principles of communication, collaboration, and transparency.

Established in 2018, Lockhart-Krause is dedicated to achieving people-focused results.

Growing up working in his family's retail bookshop and picture store, Jesse gained invaluable insight into the importance of bringing passion and communication into the workplace. With this foundation, Jesse created an architecture firm deeply rooted in the simple principle of people-first service.

Taking a very hands-on approach, Lockhart-Krause works together with clients to listen and understand objectives, collaborating with them to bring their vision to life. Being proactive and responsive is the very cornerstone of Lockhart-Krause’s culture.

With an extended professional network of highly skilled consultants, specialists and advisors, Lockhart-Krause offers an end-to-end architectural service. We have firmly established our reputation as expert architects, strong collaborators and inclusive partners.

Through his role as a guest educator in Architectural Design at the University of New South Wales, Jesse has been able to hand pick a team of young architects for the firm. With this advantage, Lockhart-Krause combines education and diversity with experience of the highest calibre.

The team operates like a supportive and inclusive family, boasting individual resumes with experience at domestic and international firms from Gabriel Poole, Drew Heath, FJMT, BVN to world-famous Foster & Partners in London.

At Lockhart-Krause, our design innovation is the result of collaboration. We are committed to our clients and their projects from start to finish, ensuring our highly capable team is part of the journey every step of the way.
