The project reimagined the spatial layout to better support both patient flow and staff efficiency. A new waiting area and reception were created to provide a welcoming first impression, while a thoughtfully-designed display unit supports product sales and patient education. Additional storage solutions were integrated seamlessly to cater to the practice’s daily demands. Essential spaces, including a new sterilization room, bathroom, and kitchen, were added to ensure the practice operates smoothly and efficiently.

Tailored Surgery Rooms

The heart of this dental fitout involved the renovation of four consultation and surgery rooms. Specialist built-in joinery was designed to meet the unique requirements of dental equipment and workflows. Lockhart-Krause Architects retained the existing backing and added new front panels, delivering a high-impact yet cost-effective transformation. The result is a bright, professional environment that supports both staff needs and patient comfort.

Modern, Scandinavian-Inspired

The design team refreshed the once sterile and uninspiring colour palette with a modern Scandinavian-inspired scheme that is vibrant, professional, and clean. Light and bright finishes create an uplifting environment, while new lighting and joinery details enhance the overall sense of quality and care. Flooring was replaced throughout, with lighter panels in reception and waiting areas, and new vinyl flooring in surgery and consultation rooms for practicality and hygiene.
